Application & Auditions Process

Applications for 2025 are now closed.

Here’s how the application & auditions process works.

Step 1 – Apply

Read through the relevant Course Information Pack and Application & Auditions Guide then complete the application form.

The application takes about 10 minutes to complete. Ideally, you’ll have photo ID ready to upload to provide evidence of identity.

You will receive an email confirming your application has been received (check your email SPAM folder if you don’t see your confirmation email) and NAISDA will then contact you to advise next steps.

Step 2 – Onsite Auditions

Successful candidates will be invited to a three-day onsite audition at NAISDA on Darkinjung Country, Kariong, New South Wales from 8 – 10 October 2024.

This will help us get to know you better and it’s also a great opportunity for you to meet our trainers, find out more about us and explore the campus.

Auditions financial support: ABSTUDY travel assistance to and from auditions is available for eligible applicants living over 90 minutes away from the NAISDA campus. NAISDA provides accommodation and meals during auditions.

You can apply to Centrelink for ABSTUDY funding for your audition related travel and living costs via the Services Australia website. We encourage applicants to familiarise themselves with this process now to save time in the event of receiving an invitation to attend the onsite audition.

If you know you are unable to attend the NAISDA audition dates, submit your application online and contact us immediately on 1800 117 116 (toll-free) or auditions@naisda.com.au. We can then consider making alternative arrangements.
