Skye is a Wiradjuri girl born in Oberon NSW. She has been dancing since an early age, performing with schools and community. She was part of the opening for the Inland Sea of Sound and Ngumbaay Miyagan Community Dance Group and has also performed for professional NRL games, ceremonies and corrobborees. Skye aspires to achieve her potential by harnessing her skills through NAISDA. She aims to develop her dance and cultural skills to become an independent professional dancer and choreographer or to join a professional company such as Bangarra Dance Theatre or ADT. Skye is committed to enhancing her Cultural Dance Practice to later share with her community through an Aboriginal Dance Group.
