Geoffrey Leeson – Board Director

As a Senior Project Manager, Geoffrey has extensive experience in master planning and delivery of significant capital infrastructure projects, specifically within tertiary education environments. This includes master planning the redevelopment of the UNSW Library and Faculties of Medicine and Science, delivery of highly technical new biomedical research facilities, refurbishment of existing UNSW buildings, commissioning and acquisition of public art and improving access for people with disabilities.

Geoffrey was responsible for the delivery of UNSW’s Lowy Cancer Research Centre, a $106M new development completed in 2009, the $146M redevelopment of the Wallace Wurth School of Medicine and the $295M Biological Sciences Project completed in 2019. Undertaking extensive user consultation, developing project briefs, managing the procurement of consultants and contractors and ensuring budgets, programmes and quality requirements were met were Geoffrey’s primary focus.
