This morning Gael and Jill from the Zonta Club of Central Coast presented the 2017 scholarship to Diploma Developing Artist Lillian Banks. The scholarship, generously donated by the Zonta Club of Central Coast, is awarded to a female Developing Artist currently studying at NAISDA to support her studies.
The Zonta interview panel was most impressed with the standard of applications and congratulated the other applicants, Shana O’Brien, Elyse Leneham, Emily Flannery and Aroha Pehi. The ladies also expressed their thanks for the NAISDA performance at the recent Zonta ‘Women of Achievement’ dinner, where Linda Burney was the guest speaker.
NAISDA would like to thank the Zonta Club of Central Coast for their support and congratulate Lillian on receiving this scholarship. This is a wonderful initiative which provides important financial support, ensuring that our Developing Artists can continue to work toward their goals without added financial stress.
