Pamela Williams’ distinguished career as a professional dancer was borne from a passion for dance from an early age, and fueled by the privilege of being selected to train under some of the greatest names in Australian dance in a broad range of styles and techniques. Pamela’s first professional engagement was at the tender age of 17 when she performed at Her Majesty’s Theatre in a commercial production for William A Forsythe.
After more than 15 years of professional dance and performance experience, Pamela decided to expand her repertoire by becoming a teacher/ trainer and choreographer. In 2006, the highly reputed NAISDA Dance College invited Pamela to join their stable of talented performance artists in the capacity of teacher, choreographer, course writer, and most recently as an elected member to their Board of Studies. She has achieved her Certificate IV in Training & Assessment, First Aid, and Ausdance Skill Set for Teaching Dance.
Pamela is currently teaching the Contemporary Dance Program and Contemporary Urban Dance Program at NAISDA Dance College on a permanent part time basis.
