Apply for NAISDA in 2020: Round 2 Applications Now Open - 13.09.19

Due to an overwhelming response, NAISDA Dance College has opened up a second round of applications for people interested in joining NAISDA in 2020. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people between the ages of 16 and 26 are invited to apply to study full-time at NAISDA next year.

NAISDA  is Australia’s national arts training organisation for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students, located on beautiful Darkinjung Land on the Central Coast of New South Wales.

Successful applicants will be invited to attend auditions at NAISDA, which will be held in the first week of December. The experience will give you a great picture of what it’s like to study at NAISDA and the different options that are available to you. We encourage anyone who is interested to take up this opportunity and see if NAISDA is the right fit for you. You won’t regret giving it a try!

Applicants don’t need any formal dance training to apply – just a willingness to learn and push yourself every day.

If you are interested in applying, or would like to learn more, you can download the application pack and find out everything you need to know here.

If you want to have a yarn about applying or what it’s like to audition, you can contact NAISDA at auditions@naisda.com.au or call 1800 117 116 for more information.

Applications close on Friday 11 October 2019.
